Rates and lease conditions

Preffered rental period is weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Variations are possible outside prime season. Dayly rentals may be avaialable in low and shoulder season. Montly rentals are available for discount rates.

Guests should bring their own linens. Guests should clean the house beofre they leave and remove all garbage. Cleaning and garbage reomoval service may be available for additional fee of up to $125 US Dollars. Refundable security deposit is required in the amount of $250 US Dollars.

Heating is not included in Winter (November to March)

All rates are in US Dollars. Payments are acceptred in US funds by personal check, cash, money orders. Payments can also be made in Norwegian Krones by electronic payment.

50% of rent is required to complete booking. Remaining balance and security deposit are due 45 days before start of the rental. In case of cancellation payments will be refunded only if house is rerented for the same period. Security deposit if paid is always refunded for cancelled bookings. In case of rent refund administartive fee up to $25 may be assessed. Changes in dates may be possible if availibility exists.

Rates are subject to change if exchange rate between Norwegian Krone and US Dollar changes. Rate can not be increased for existing bookings.
